CANCELLATIONS

Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice if they need to cancel their appointment. If the client does not give ample notice, they may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.

INFORMED CONSENT

Clients visiting for the first time will be required to sign the treatment consent form, acknowledging that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with the policies and procedures. Treatment plan will be discussed before every session.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Clients are responsible for informing the massage therapist of any existing medical conditions. A doctor’s note may be required in the instance of certain conditions or medical treatments.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All client information will be treated as strictly confidential.

PAYMENT

Payment will be due directly following the session. Cash, check, card and Venmo are accepted.
